Pork Loin & Cannellini Beans
Tuesday 9th November -
Pork tenderloin rubbed coated in fennel seeds and garlic then roasted in the oven. Served with dressed rocket and cannellini beans cooked with garlic and red onion, some vegetable stock and lemon juice.
