Chicken & Puy Lentil Salad
Thursday 4th November -
Chicken marinated in lemon juice, crushed coriander seeds, garlic and olive oil. Roasted in the oven, then tossed with puy lentils, rocket, fresh coriander and crumbled feta cheese. Finished off with a balsamic glaze.
