Baked Squid.

Saturday 13th November - Squid stuffed with breadcrumbs and tomatoes, then baked in a tomato and red pepper sauce.

Chilli

Friday 12th November - Beef Chilli.

Beef Burger

Thursday 11th November - Burger made with steak mince, onion, oregano and black pepper. Added some cheese and chilli relish and served with chips and rocket salad.



Prawn & Coconut Thai Curry

Wednesday 10th - Prawn & Coconut Thai Curry, with baby sweetcorn, tomato, fresh coriander and macerated red onion.

Pork Loin & Cannellini Beans

Tuesday 9th November - Pork tenderloin rubbed coated in fennel seeds and garlic then roasted in the oven. Served with dressed rocket and cannellini beans cooked with garlic and red onion, some vegetable stock and lemon juice.

Ribs and Rice

Monday 8th November - Pork ribs marinated in chinese spices then roasted, served with plain rice and stir fried onion and red pepper.

Sunday 7th November - Fresh mussels cooked in a Italian tomato sauce. Garlic, some chilli and mixed herbs.

Saturday 6th November - Sicilian spiced sausages with mashed potato and slow cooked onion gravy.

Chicken & Puy Lentil Salad

Thursday 4th November - Chicken marinated in lemon juice, crushed coriander seeds, garlic and olive oil. Roasted in the oven, then tossed with puy lentils, rocket, fresh coriander and crumbled feta cheese. Finished off with a balsamic glaze.

Wednesday 3rd November - A basic tomato & meat sauce made with steak mince, onions, garlic, tomato,  some red wine, oregano and nutmeg. Tossed with lumache pasta & pecorino and served with a rocket salad and bread.

Tuesday 2nd November - A fish pie made by my lovely wife. Topped with mashed potato and grilled cheese..

Monday 1st November - Pork Sausages slow cooked in dark ale with onions and butter with a little flour. Served with creamy mash potatoes.

Spicy Beef Curry

Sunday 31st October - Spicy Beef Curry with Indian Radish. Spiced with coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and mild curry powder. Base made with onion, ginger, garlic and tomato and coriander stalks then slow cooked with beef marinated in garam masala & yoghurt. Served with Basmati Rice.
