Thai Pork Meatballs

Monday 25th October - Thai Pork Meatballs made with pork mince, onion, breadcrumbs, chilli, ginger, coriander, garam masala and egg. Cooked in the oven then added to a green curry with baby sweetcorn and red pepper. Some fresh basil and lime juice to garnish, served with jasmine rice.
