Thai Pork Meatballs
Monday 25th October - Thai Pork Meatballs made with pork mince, onion, breadcrumbs, chilli, ginger, coriander, garam masala and egg. Cooked in the oven then added to a green curry with baby sweetcorn and red pepper. Some fresh basil and lime juice to garnish, served with jasmine rice.

Venison and Puy Lentils
Wednesday 20th November - Venison with puy lentils. Made with carrot, red onion, bacon and garlic and parsley. Not the best looking dish and would probably have been better with venison sausages to get a bit more fat into the mix. Good for a cold dark night though.

Tuesday 19th October - Classic Spaghetti Carbonara. Pancetta, egg, pecorino, parsley & garlic.. and no cream!
Baked Squid with Chilli Tomato Sauce
Monday 18th October - Squid was stuffed with a mix of breadcrumbs, anchovy, tomato and parsley then baked in a tomato, chilli and red pepper sauce. This was a slight tweak of a Nigel Slater recipe.
